1. Order Processing Times
- In-Stock Small-Batch Items: Standard in-stock orders are processed and prepared for carrier dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Texas and federal holidays).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday commence fulfillment on Monday morning.

Most standard packages delivered within Texas arrive in as little as 1 to 2 business days after carrier pickup.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Notifications
Once your order has been packaged and tendered to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing an official tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for carrier tracking scans to update online.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy & Modifications
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, email us immediately at orders@batchandloom.store with the subject line “URGENT: Address Correction – [Order ID]”. While we endeavor to catch changes prior to dispatch, we cannot redirect packages once scanned by the shipping carrier.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Under Texas commercial law, risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. However, we care deeply about your experience. If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your parcel:
- Check surrounding entryways, porches, and with neighbors or front desk personnel.
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally log premature delivery scans.
- Contact our concierge team at support@batchandloom.store. We will file a trace claim with USPS or UPS on your behalf and ensure an equitable resolution.
